Privacy and participation terms
This page explains in plain language what happens to the data you send through the invitation form on aicunet.com. The short version: we collect only what we need to invite you when the network opens for new participants, we keep it in our own database, and we delete it when you ask.
Who is responsible
The site and the invitation list are run by the AIcuNet project. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@aicunet.com.
What we collect
Through the invitation form:
- email address (required);
- country (required);
- how you plan to take part (required);
- RAM on your computer (only if you chose mining);
- Telegram or X handle (optional);
- where you heard about us (optional);
- your consent, the form language, and the date and time you submitted the form and confirmed your email.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, wallet address or private key, and we never will. Anyone who asks you for a private key on behalf of AIcuNet is not us.
Why we collect it
To send you one confirmation email now and an invitation when the network opens for new participants. Country, participation and RAM help us plan where nodes will be and how much capacity the network may have. We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell or share the list and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form, stores the list (Cloudflare D1) and checks the form for bots (Cloudflare Turnstile). Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address to tell people from bots; we do not store your IP address.
- Resend delivers our emails.
Both act as service providers on our instructions. Their infrastructure may be located outside your country.
How long we keep it
- Sign-ups that were never confirmed (the link in the email was not clicked) are deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed sign-ups are kept until the invitation phase ends, and no longer than 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data: write to hello@aicunet.com from the address you signed up with. Every email we send carries the same contact. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA or the UK), you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party trackers. The bot check may use technical storage it needs to work.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or other storage in your browser, does not track you across other websites and shows us only aggregate figures: which pages were opened, which sites visitors came from, and their country, browser and device type.
Participation terms
- Signing up is an expression of interest, not an obligation for you or for us. Today, in Phase 1, the live part of the network is mining and its first application, Miner's Hour (in a trial period); resource contribution belongs to Phase 2 and AI compute to Phase 3.
- AXNT is not an investment asset. Nothing on this site is an offer, and the site makes no claims about price or return.
- The whitelist and network participation are not available to residents of jurisdictions subject to EU/US sanctions or where such participation is restricted under applicable law (restricted jurisdictions).
- The form is intended for people aged 18 and over.
