AIcuNet wallet

The AIcuNet web wallet is a local web interface for your accounts, for sending and receiving AXNT, for transaction history, and for a mining panel. It runs on your own node, and the management port 8880 is local — never opened to the internet.

A home desktop PC at night with a holographic wallet panel above the keyboard and a neon city outside the window.

What the wallet does

The wallet is the everyday surface of an AIcuNet node. It shows your accounts, lets you send and receive AXNT, lists the transaction history for each account, includes a mining panel that reflects what your node is doing, and shows the statistics the network exposes through your node.

Today the wallet is a tool for moving value and for keeping an eye on the node that is doing the work; the current version is 1.2. The interface already has places for what the network is being built toward — AI Commons and CuJoule are marked "soon": they are concepts for Phases 2 and 3, not working features.

Where it lives

The wallet is served by your own node. When the node is running on your machine, you open the wallet in a browser at the local management address on port 8880. The wallet runs locally with your node.

The management port 8880 stays local — never forward it on a router, never expose it to the internet. As long as the port stays local, you control access to the wallet by controlling the machine. The moment the port is reachable from outside, that boundary stops holding, because the wallet would then be reachable by anyone on the network.

Accounts and keys

An AIcuNet wallet is a pair of keys — a private key and the public key that goes with it. One private key can hold several accounts.

The private key is the only thing that controls those accounts, so treat it with care from the first day. How to keep it is covered in the Private key section below.

The mining panel

The mining panel is one of the wallet tabs. It shows the state of mining on your node. It does not predict when the next block will arrive or guarantee that mining will keep happening.

Block rewards on AIcuNet come from the protocol and are tied to network growth; the exact parameters of the correction mechanism are still being refined and will be published separately.

What the wallet does not do

The wallet is not a hosted service. It does not offer account recovery. It is not a place to hold balances on someone else's behalf.

AIcuNet and its support address will never ask for a private key, ever. If someone contacts you and offers to "restore" your key, "verify" it, or "sync" it on your behalf, they do not speak for AIcuNet. Any such request, on any channel, is a scam. The project's official public contact is hello@aicunet.com.

Risks

Losing your private key means losing access to your accounts. The wallet cannot restore it, the project cannot restore it, and no third-party service can restore it. AXNT is not an investment asset; this page makes no claims about price or return.

Private key

A private key is the only thing between you and your AXNT. Keep an offline copy (for example on paper) in a place you control, never share it, and never type it into a website or chat. For the full set of storage rules and the phishing patterns to watch for, read Private key safety.

Next

To open the wallet you need a node running on your own machine. The Windows node package goes to invited participants first — get an invitation. The wallet is the second stop on that path, not the first.
